Suggestions for the Development of the Local Theater Troupe

After analysis, the feedback can be organized into the following six main themes:

1Strengthen Promotion and Exposure

Most audiences believe that the local theater troupe needs more proactive promotional strategies, including social media management, posters and promotional materials, online platform exposure, and local news promotion, in order to increase visibility.

2Deepen Collaboration with Schools and Communities

Many responses suggested that the local theater troupe collaborate with schools and communities through campus performances, experience camps, touring performances, and other approaches to build foundations, cultivate young audiences and future talent, and promote cultural continuity.

3Increase Performance Frequency and Public Performance Opportunities

Audiences generally expect more performance opportunities, including regular public performances, tours, or free performances, so that more people can attend in person and reduce the distance between the troupe and its audience.

4Refine Content and Production Quality

Some feedback mentioned script innovation, stage props, costume design, and choreography, suggesting that enhancing overall production quality would help deepen the viewing experience and attract audiences of different age groups.

5Government and Social Resource Support

Some audience members suggested that the government provide more subsidies and policy support, and encourage the public to support the troupe's sustainable operation through concrete actions such as purchasing tickets and making donations.

6Encourage Audience Participation and Sharing

Most feedback emphasized the importance of "attending, sharing, and recommending," believing that word-of-mouth promotion and active participation by audiences are important driving forces for the continued development of the local theater troupe.
