Principal's Support

On September 6, 2025, the Cyberfair team went to the performance hall to watch the official ticketed performance of Pingpengcao Theater and carry out interviews with audience members and the stage director. The troupe leader also took us backstage to introduce various technical aspects of the stage, such as lighting, sound, and curtains.

On that day, we also invited the principal to watch the performance. A few days later, we introduced the Cyberfair team's research topic to him and conducted an interview.

The principal expressed his views on the production, affirmed the dedication of the local theater troupe, and encouraged and supported our research project:

Views on This Performance

The production was impressive in its lighting, sound effects, and actors' performances. In particular, the actors successfully conveyed emotions through body movements and facial expressions, resonating with the audience. In the play, one actor cross-performed multiple roles and, although not the lead, became the finishing touch through subtle and precise performance. Adapted from a fairy tale, the entire play naturally conveyed the spirit of friendship and perseverance. It not only moved the audience but also guided them to reflect on the deeper values conveyed through drama.

Thoughts on Pingpengcao Theater

The principal stated that he became acquainted with the troupe early on through campus touring performances. Whether at school events or activities invited by the county government, he could sense the troupe's long-term dedication to local arts and culture. For both campus promotions and ticketed performances, he and his family had purchased tickets to attend and were deeply impressed by the troupe's commitment to the quality of drama. The principal believes that local theater troupes are worthy of support. Through campus lectures and touring performances, they not only allow more people to learn about drama but also create valuable opportunities for students to engage with the performing arts.

Encouragement for the Cyberfair Team Students

The principal stated that for students participating in performances, being able to stand on stage during junior high school is a rare learning experience. It requires not only confidence and stable stage presence, but also the ability to express lines naturally, which relies on long-term practice and accumulation.

The members of the Cyberfair team who are willing to devote time to conducting research deserve recognition.

As long as students set clear goals, remain committed, and explore diverse development paths, they can accumulate rich life experiences and gain growth and insights that cannot be obtained from textbooks alone. Such experiences will become an important foundation and nourishment for future research projects in senior high school or university, and will also remain a precious and profound memory of growth.
